We collect as little as possible. This website has no user accounts, no newsletter and no analytics.

Bookings
The booking form sends nothing to this website. It opens WhatsApp with your request already written, and you decide whether to send it. If you do, we receive your name, phone number and message through WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy. We use them only to handle your booking and reply to you.
The same applies when you call or write to us. Delivery orders on Glovo are handled by Glovo, under its own privacy policy.
Why we may use your data
Because you ask us for a table and we need it to handle your request (GDPR article 6.1.b).
How long we keep it
We delete booking conversations 12 months after your visit at the latest, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Services that receive data
WhatsApp (Meta), if you send us a booking request or message. Google Maps (Google), if you open the map on our Visit page or a directions link. Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address to serve the pages and keep them secure. Glovo, if you order delivery. Each has its own privacy policy.
Transfers outside the EU
Meta, Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, or receive a copy. Write to the email in the legal notice. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
